Learn a Variety of  Expressive Writing Approaches for Healing and Wellness

Research over 3 decades has shown that expressive writing is a powerful tool. Journaling has been demonstrated to improve emotional and mental health, improve sleep, facilitate trauma recovery, foster physical healing from illness or injury, improve relationships, and contribute to keeping relationships healthy.

As a Certified Journal Trainer for Kay Adam’s Journal to the Self, I will introduce participants to a variety of journaling approaches, explain when to use particular approaches, and help with avoiding writer’s block.  Participants will get to practice many different expressive writing techniques during the workshop and explore the benefits for themselves.  This workshop is appropriate for everyone.
