A revitalizing retreat set in the spectacular Rocky Mountains, providing experiences to deepen your capacity to access and live from your most resourced and best Self, Finding Self in Nature is a 4-day, 3-night retreat based on the Internal Family Systems model.
Join us for this transformative, experiential retreat.  We will spend our days deepening access to Self energy through communing with nature including 2 moderate-difficulty hikes guided by Wilderness Professionals, accessing Self qualities through guided journaling, building a Self in Nature mandala, and creating community with other retreat participants.
