Therapist Consultation

For therapists and helping practitioners I offer consultation in:

• Internal Family Systems – I’m currently a Level 2 Certified IFS Practitioner and have been using the IFS model with clients for over 12 years.  I have assisted 5 times with IFS trainings, both Level 1 and Level 2.  I am approved by the Center for Self Leadership to offer consultation to Colorado therapists and practitioners who are pursuing IFS Certification.

• Somatic trauma therapy.  I am trained in the Somatic Experiencing model through Intermediate III level.  I have also been an SE Training Assistant (Beginning through Intermediate III) 3 times.

• Therapeutic writing and journaling for healing.  I have been trained and certified as a Journal Trainer with Kay Adams’ Center for Journal Therapy, and offer Journaling for Healing and Growth Workshops and Workbooks.
