This workbook provides various writing exercises to foster healing from traumatic or difficult life events. It is based on journaling and trauma healing best practices as well as on the Somatic Experiencing® (SE) trauma healing model. The workbook is for anyone who is interested in using writing to process and heal.
As a Certified Journal Trainer and psychotherapist with extensive training in SE©, I developed these journaling exercises, each building on the prior exercises, to enable you to tap into your innate abilities to heal and to restore your native wellness.
